OUR FOUNDER
Micah Morgan is a distinguished personal trainer and the visionary founder of MMFitness, an award-winning fitness facility recognized for its excellence in training methodology and client transformation. A former NCAA Division I football athlete, Micah brings the discipline, resilience, and leadership honed on the field into every aspect of his business and coaching philosophy.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship and Applied Technology, equipping him with a strategic edge in innovation and enterprise development. Complementing this is his Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communications, which underscores his commitment to building meaningful client relationships and fostering a supportive, results-driven environment.
Beyond his professional achievements, Micah is a devoted father to two sons and resides in Tampa, Florida, where he continues to inspire individuals to pursue strength, wellness, and personal growth both inside and outside the gym.
We’re a team of passionate, fitness experts with decades of collective experience. We deliver safe, evidence-based programs in functional strength, balance, and conditioning, helping adults 50+ stay independent, confident, and active. With certified coaches and robust program design, we have the depth and capacity to serve groups of all sizes.

Ebony Hollis is a passionate fitness professional who began her journey in 2011 through her own personal transformation.
Ashlee John is a fitness and movement specialist with 18 years of experience in group fitness, mobility training, and dance-based exercise.
Leann Becker is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience in training, implementation, and operational strategy.
Cherie Harrington brings more than 30 years of experience in health, wellness, education, and leadership.
Cory Taylor is a Strength Coach for Strong Over 50 and a seasoned gym owner with over five years of experience leading group training and guiding more than 300 individuals toward lasting health and performance results.
Dr. Kiran Gill, MD is a Tampa Bay–based healthcare professional, community leader, and entrepreneur committed to expanding access to high-quality mental health care and developing future leaders in medicine.
Romuald serves as the Technology & Systems Advisor for Strong Over 50, bringing experience in AV/IT, systems management, and technical infrastructure to support the organization’s growth and operations.
Jodi Campbell is a Pilates Instructor with Strong Over 50, dedicated to helping individuals build strength, mobility, and confidence through intentional movement.
We’re a new nonprofit and we’re assembling a small, high-trust Advisory Board to keep Strong Over 50 safe, accessible, and evidence-based as we grow. This is a non-governing group (separate from a future Board of Directors) that offers expert guidance on program design, safety, equity, and community impact.
How we work with advisors: brief quarterly huddles (45–60 min), light review between meetings, and quick feedback loops when we pilot new classes or materials.
