More than 1 in 4 Americans 65+ fall each year, driving 3 million ER visits, 1M hospitalizations, and 38,000+ deaths. Functional strength training (strength + balance + conditioning) helps protect confidence and independence. Our goal is to support and educate more adults 50+ on the importance of strength training in ageing strongly.
